I think the locos are m36 the new ones for go transit . are they putting winterization hatches on them? I saw something on the top just past the cab. rambo1...
Probably the PTC antenna array. They have not been installing winteriation hatches, which would be at the rear of the roof.
i dont know I have never seen them before.
