Mainline crossing gate and 153ir controller wiring for one gate only

The crossing gate, 6-14098, has 5 wires that connect to the cossing gate and I need to connect them to the 153ir, 6-14111, using auxiliary power and not track power to my Fast Track. I've tried many configurations without luck. Help.

I see you have found it ... but I think you are still posting in the wrong place.  Your question doesn't involve prototype (real railroad) gates -- this is a wiring, or layout construction issue, and I think you should repeat it in that section to get the best responses.
