Is it true the Acala engines have a small diesel engine for emergencies?

I heard a rumor that the Acela engines have a small emergency diesel engine. Is that true?

No.

There was a diesel engine in the JetTrain, essentially a prototype gas turbine version of the Acela power car, to provide HEP and slow speed propulsion. This may be where the rumor originated.
