how many ES44AC have been produced so far?

Now GE has ES44C4s and ES44AHs as well, so there may be a shift in what the class 1s start buying. 

As to the exact number produced, I'm not entirely sure...Would be nice to know how many more have since been made after UP 7964 though!

Since the railroads are continuing to purchase ES44's in all of its configurations we will not know the exact number produced until production ends sometime in the future.
