Had to watch video again to gather CORRECT info :) We are wondering of the RSD-5 in Western Maryland Paint. At the time of filming it was located in Ridgeley, WV owned by Gary Baloun. We tried to find the unit on a trip east. This is the unit we are wondering if still owned by Mr. Balloon and still in Ridgeley?? Thank you all for looking and putting up with the confusion :) Linda
The engine you speak of is not an Alco PA, but possibly the freight version, an FA.
All known remaining American PA's (there might be one left in Brazil) are ex-Santa Fe/D&H/NdeM units, with two units remaining in Mexico, possibly one still operable. Two units were returned to the U.S. Doyle McCormack is restoring one in the Nickel Plate Road paint scheme, and the other unit went to the Smithsonian Instititute, where it will likely get a cosmetic restoration to the original Santa Fe paint and markings.

The former CN FPA-4 #6780 is painted up as B&O #800. According to The Diesel Shop roster here http://www.thedieselshop.us/PRSVDalcoCC.HTML it is on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic.

Cuyahoga Valley Scenic roster includes an RSD-5: http://www.thedieselshop.us/CVSR.HTML and they have a website http://www.cvsr.com/ .
