<p>Don't forget the waterfall derailment and the Glenbrook disaster where the indian pacific slammed up the back of an inter-urban passanger train. Both were several years ago but quite tragic indeed.</p><p>I'm sure you've heard, they charged the trucky with one count of Neglegant driving. Just yesterday.</p>
