Help with Horn

Hey Folks,

Im planning on doing my first real project, being the HLCX 7199. I need to order a new brass horn, and I need help on identifying this horn. Obviously a five chime, but what is the whole name?

Looks like a Nathan/AirChime K5LA unit.
