I read a quick blurb that the work is restarting , so did the state finally cutt the check to WMR . I looked on the 1309 page and didnt see any update
Story is on RyPN (which is back up now) in some detail. I don't think they have "all" the state money yet, but they're on track to get it in time to pay the people they need to.
General consensus is that having it ready for Christmas season is doable. There was some discussion of fast-tracking it for early summer, but with all the remaining tinkering and then testing I think it will, as any restoration of this scope usually will, run long.
