This was the locomotive that caused some consternation a few years ago when social-media footage of it apparently operating under steam appeared and then proliferated on the Internet ... before, it would seem, a proper Form 4 was issued or even contemplated.  Glad to see everything is set up right now!

Following the link to 'more information online' at the end of the Newswire story, here is a more direct URL for content involving #28.  Note that this was clearly anticipated in planning - exclusive early sales were terminated as early as March and hopefully extensive seats have been sold since then.
