Nebraska Zephyr set to attend Train Festival 2011

It was announced today that the Illinois Railway Museum will be sending CB&Q E5 9911-A and the Nebraska Zephyr to Rock Island for Train Festival 2011. Also joining that trainset will be CB&Q SW7 9255 and CNW F7 411.

I saw the photo of the Nebraska Zephyr on the "Trains" site. Not a big diesel fan, but that train looks gooooooooood!

It is one of the most beautifully preserved full trainsets in the country.
