They did this in Lake Geneva, WI........initially a profitable hotel but now a condominium complex along the former rail line there. So my guess is this will be profitable as well. Especially, if they build it near a Waffle House.

Good to see the old cabooses finding new life. However, nearest Waffle House to Lake Geneva WI is over 200 mi. away, in Indiana. For Wisconsin, beer joints nearby would be the big selling point. Can always make your own waffles.
