I suspect videos have to be viewed on YouTube proper for the video provider to be able to get their compensation from YouTube.

A great video! I toured a shop like that at Meiningen, Germany about 10 years ago. It's much the same but smaller. It was a September open house there were all kinds of memorabilia for sale, model train stuff, uniforms and you could take a cab ride in an 01 Pacific that was cruising around in the yard. It's mostly a standard gauge shop but there are meter gauge and cape gauge lines too. At the time of my visit they were building a new meter gauge locomotive for the Mollibahn in North Germany. Plus, you could walk around the shops and look at everything with a glass of beer in your hand! What a place! I hope to get back there someday.
I found one item a very important one. The section on staybolts is very iportant. It might be that all the steam restoration projects could have UP make their stay bolts. Had no idea that the regular machining of the bolts might shorten the life of a staybolt. IMO the premature failure of staybolts that some steam locos have is important to prevent that failure(s).

That might be a good money-maker for UP. Not a big money-maker in UP's general scheme of things, but every little bit counts, don't you think?
