We are back and we missed you!

On behalf of all of us at The Shore Line Trolley Museum, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your continued loyalty and support. The past few months have presented everyone with incredibly unique challenges and we’ve been working to transition into a museum where our visitors can continue to experience the rich history of street rail transportation and how it shaped our country. The Shore Line Trolley Museum will re-open on August 1, 2020 through reserved spots which you can select online.

No doubt, things will look a little different when you visit us, and I’d like to share some of those updates and changes with you.
Come In WE ARE REOPEN
I can’t emphasize enough that the health of our visitors, staff and volunteers is priority and every step taken to re-open has been made with that in mind. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during their visit with us and may find that additional steps need to be taken in accordance with changing state and federal guidelines. Please continue to visit our website at www.shorelinetrolley.org for updated information.

Face Covering
Please wear a mask
Visitors will be greeted by volunteer staff outside of the Sprague Visitors Center for instructions and online admission redemption. The Visitors Center will be opened for restrooms use only. Visitors and staff MUST wear face coverings. Although we are limiting the number of people on the campus, social distancing will still be enforced.

Practice social distancing
Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other visitors. Let’s all be as safe as possible.
Social Distancing
New hours
-         The museum will be open from 11am – 3pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the months of August and September. A limited number of tickets will be sold each day for specific time slots. Tickets are available online now and all tickets must be purchased in advance for our August and September operation. The admission price, scheduled for a nominal increase this year, has rolled back to last year's prices. Click the ticket button below.

-         The museum will not accept cash at this time. The museum store will also remain closed however the museum store will go online for shipping and pickup as of August 1.
All of this comes at a cost to us.  Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of an incredibly beautiful Spring.  With special events canceled and with a limited operation continuing in 2020, our Museum will suffer a significant financial loss this year. Won’t you please consider a donation to our summer appeal? Perhaps you were planning to bring the family earlier this year and would consider donating the price of your admission or any amount to help us keep our mission alive. Maybe our Museum brings back a fond memory of your own childhood and you’d like to support building more memories for a new generation.  Just click the donate button below.

We do look forward to seeing you again soon and wish you and your loved one’s health, happiness, and peace.
