I had not run across this source before, Lots of period information from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. If you go into theMachinerys-Reference" section there are books about railroad car repair and steam locomotive building
One word of caution, the hosts connection is slow, so if you start downloading actual books, it can be time consuming
