Mind you, I'm not one of those closed-minded doctrinare fools who swear New York/ New Jersey is the best and Chicago pizza sucks, or vice versa.

I always thought that Chicago style pizza was closer to Lasgana than, say, New York style. Two different things, each judged on its own merits but to compare is apples and oranges. Both are good.
