The Dynomometer car from the 1930 movie still exists at IRM.

"Miller adds that the equipment purchased by the film company does not have to be in operating condition and would likely be scrapped after shooting."

The opinions expressed here represent my own and not those of my employer or any other railroad, company, or person.

And why does the truth seem too hard to be true?

No kidding?  That's amazing, considering nothing else exists from that era, on the Milwaukee Road at least, so far as I know.

That's one of the little grim jokes here at the Fortress Firelock between Lady Firestorm and myself.  "Danger Lights" isn't a movie, it's a celluloid mausoleum, everybody and everything in it is dead!

Having looked at the News Wire entry, can anyone enlighten me as to the use of the GP30 hood in "Unstoppable"? I'm still trying to come to terms with the Sd40-2 with all the extra cab glazing...

Is there any clue as to the era this new movie will be set in?

Peter
