Awhile ago i had heard that the Toledo, Lake Erie & Western Railway was not able to run the full length of its line. Has that problem been solved?
No. Hasn't run the full line in about 15 years now. Hasn't run a full train for maybe five years. Most of what it's done lately is with speeders.
