Howdy

I have kept tabs on this but curious if anyone might have a better knowledge of when the Museum of the American Railroad aka Age of Steam will move the locomotives and such to Frisco.

Thanks

Sean

I am planning on going to Texas to see the big move and I check the website daily for any news. I heard from several sources including people working with the museum that the move is supposed to happen at the end of May. However judging by their work pictures it looks like they are a long ways away from even having the track laid including the tracks at the museum property.

I have been around trains my whole life and I would say at the rate they are going they will be lucky if those trains move around mid June. I wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens clear into August.
