Though I have no personal interest in railroads outside of the USA, others here might wish to read the front-page article in this morning's issue (7 June 2010) of The Wall Street Journal, about a group of dedicated railroad "preservationists" outside Buenos Aires keeping a 100-mile line useable, despite its non-use since 12 years ago.
