As many of you may know, Grand Luxe Rail Journies, formerly recognized as American Orient Express, closed it's doors yesterday

  how did GRL get tracage rights for its passenger trains on freifght track when the NRHS groups find it impossible to get...

They have.... or had a contract with Amtrak i think.
