The program to preserve the 1873 MEC roundhouse Bartlett NH is starting. They are working on an application to place the building on the New Hampshire Registry of Historic Places and the building is eligible for the National Registry.

The group will be sponsoring a fund raising dinner and raffle in Glen, NH on June 11. To get things started, funds raised will be used for the following:
* 501c3 non profit application fee
* Insurance on the property
* Purchasing of state required construction fencing
* Rental of a wood chipper to help clear brush and trees that are encroaching on the building
* Purchasing plywood sheeting and nails to secure the building
* User/lease agreement processing fees
* Stamps, paper, printer ink
