Yes there are 4 locomotives at the Disney World parks

You can even do a backstage tour and see the backshop and the daily start up of the locomotives that circle the park.

Would like to go and take the tour Ilive about 2 hours from there. Any other steam in Florida ? How bout busch gardens ? Hell how bout smaller scale steam ?

Check out FloridaLiveSteamers.org. There is a listing of about 10 or so 7.5 in gauge railraods scattered across this stinkin hot state. I have been to the Ridge Lines and it is impressive. Other than that, there used to be a standard gauge steamer in Mount Dora, but it was moved and sold due to maintanance issues. There is an unoperational 2-6-0 at Chruch Street Station in Downtown Orlando. That is all that I know of.

There's a lot of locos on display all over the state.

There is a live-steam model railroad in North Fort Myers called the Buckingham Central.  Check their website.

Yes there are steam engines at Busch Gardens Tampa. There are four there for sure. They were all built by Crown Metal Products and were originally built for other parks. This site should help:
