Rail spotting along I-81?

Short notice, but I didn't think to post this sooner.

Making a long drive down the I81 coridor from NY to Asheville, NC this week. We'll be travelling with a newborn so frequent stops might be in order. I'm wondering if there are good spotting sights along the way I might "just happen" upon to make the pauses more interesting.

Already working into the plans a stop in Roanoke for the Winston Link musuem. Other suggestions appreciated.

Enola Yard is a must.  It's on 11/15 just opposite Harrisburg.  A very short drive to Marysville and you're looking at the Rockville Bridge.  Lots of fast food eatemups along Enola Yard.

In WV, exit 13 puts you at a Cracker Barrel, and a little deeper into town is the restored B&O Martinsburg Roundhouse and Amtrak/Marc station.  Great spot to watch trains.

Once you cross the VA line, the Winchester & Western parallels 81 into Winchester then towards Gore on 50.

Have a safe trip.
