I used to have a small program that I found on a locomotive engineers website that he had that could be downloaded. It was pretty neat, you just clicked on a map of the US and it would zoom in and show information. Also had a system of old track users and also tracks that had been abandoned. A lot of useful information. I wish I could find it again. I believe he was a engineer for BNSF...
