Hello, I just joined the forums and was wondering; does anyone have advice for railfanning the JL? I have been a railfanner for years, and lately I haven't had much free time, so I wanted some tips on how to railfan more efficently. I mostly railfan in Palmer Lake, if that is any help. Thanks.

No responses from any Colorado railfans? Shame.
I can't help you much since I don't live out there, but for some general advice check the "Maps and Railroads" topic under "General Discussions." You can get some ideas there for where to start looking.
Good luck!
Crews, Sedalia, Bragdon, Colorado Springs Single Track (take photos around Tejon-Nevada and Fontanero/Roswell as both of those places are going to change in the next 24 months. (if the arrogant city doesn't screw up with the PUC and the railroads, esp BNSF that maintains all of it now).... PS that's the Fountain River bridge you're looking at in the profile icon.
About 10 years ago I took the Denver light rail out to the end of the line passed Littleton. We passed the ex-D&RGW Burnham yard/shops. I think UP may be selling it, so it might not be around forever. The line also closely follows the joint line south of there.
