Has the Canadian Pacific Railway completed the installation of CTC from Glenwood, MN to the Canadian border at Portal, ND? Will CTC then be extended from Portal to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, the junction with CP's transcon line?

The line is a patchwork with the majority still TWC. The Elbow Lake Subdivision from Glenwood to Enderlin is all TWC except for Glenwood West which is the switch sending a train west on the Elbow Lake Sub or north on the Detroit Lakes Sub. The Carrington Sub is CTC from Enderlin to WSS Eagle 16 miles, the first siding west of Enderlin. Then it is TWC for 100 miles to the ESS Emrick the first siding east of Harvey. Suprisingly the Portal Sub is all CTC except for a short patch of TWC at Minot with the diamond at Soo Tower controlled by the BNSF Dispatcher.

The plan presented by EHH was to over time to install CTC from Pasqua, the CP transcontinental junction to Glenwood with CTC, and also the Winnipeg to Glenwood route.

I drove from Glenwood, MN to Hankinson, ND two weeks ago and new CTC was operational.
