Its Union Pacific's Boulder Branch.
That would be the UP BMI Branch still operated by them. BMI stands for the Basic Magnesium, Inc. plant located in Henderson.
East of BMI, the Nevada Southern Railroad operates excursion trains out of the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Boulder City.
The branch was originally built to support the construction of Hoover Dam.
Links to my Google Maps ---> Sunset Route overview, SoCal metro, Yuma sub, Gila sub, SR east of Tucson, BNSF Northern Transcon and Southern Transcon *** Why you should support Ukraine! ***

The BMI branch is truncated at the U.S. 95 crossing on the north edge of Boulder City, leaving the Nevada Southern equipment isolated at the end of the line.
