i was just wondering if anyone out there has heard anything on the progress of the state of colorado taking over the twin peaks and the front range subdivisions on the bnsf railroad from colorado spring to ft colins. this was suppose to be a 10 year project 5 years ago and to this day i have heard nothing about it. the state of colorado was going to run commuter survice from colorado springs to ft collins and in return they where suppose to build bnsf a new railroad connecting brush, co to la junta, co. the main thing i was wondering about was what the hold up seems to be? why hasnt there been any track laid?
