he Texas House funds the Texas Mobility Fund, which will provide the funds to built the Trans Texas Corridors. That is now ancient history! A bank also failed to provide the bonds. <br /> <br />With this initial installment, in a year of budget deficits and crisis, the Trans Texas Corridor plan starts. A grand scheme to build up to 4,000 miles of high speed rail, commuter rail, and freight rail lines in every sector of the state of Texas. <br /> <br />High speed rail maybe years away, but the funding mechanism is now reality. <br /> <br />
