I have not seen any mention of 2816's recent trip from Calgary to Vancouver and I was wondering if any of you had photos to view. In 2004 I was on the trip in late April with 2816 and then linesided it from Lytton to Banff when it returned eastward towards Calgary and Montreal.. This year I cannot make the trip cos my Canadien relatives have chosen that time to visit us in the UK. <br />However it appears that there are not many steam fans in Canada who publi***heir photos for all to see. If you wi***o look at photos of the 2004 trip to Vancouver go to my website at - http://tonystrains.fotopic.net - 2816 will be travelling from Vancouver to Calgary via the Crowsnest Pass starting on 12 July. If it will assist I hope to have the timings for that trip in the next few days and I will put them on this site.
