Decided to take the dog for a walk this afternoon, well seems there was soem daylight activity on the branchline near my house.

It was at least a 3 engine train (maybe four, i was a bit away when it started over the crossing), First one in line I saw was Unknown (I pretty much almost missed thsi one, Blue with a yellow strip down the middle), Followed by 2 rust buckets, a Southern Pacific and a SOO. Unfortunatly, i was a bit far away, so couldn't catch the numbers of either one.

being a Steam fan (duh), all i can say is they looked like 4 axles, short hoods. Just thought i'd mention an SP unit made it to northern Illinois.
