Excellent video, Harrison. Really enjoyed it! The production quality of your videos has improved tremendously over the past couple of years.
That GoPro looks familiar. In fact, it's setting next to me here at the computer!
Larry Resident Microferroequinologist (at least at my house) Everyone goes home; Safety begins with you My Opinion. Standard Disclaimers Apply. No Expiration Date Come ride the rails with me! There's one thing about humility - the moment you think you've got it, you've lost it...

Mark my words, the way Harrison's going one of these days he's going to be ranked up there with Jim Boyd, Jim Shaunessey, Phil Hastings, Stan Kistler, Dick Steinheimer, Don Ball, Bob Malinoski, Bob Collins, and too many others to mention. Count on it!

Hope you don't mind it being used as the thumbnail- I thought it summed up the year pretty well- documenting progress, particularly with the Adirondack RR.

Thank you very much. Exponential growth comes with linear quality improvement, and I intend to follow that trend.

Wayne, I highly doubt that but the more viewers/followers the better. I've said it many times, but if I had 100,000 subscribers or 100 loyal viewers, it wouldn't make a difference in my desire to produce and improve.

Not one bit. If the files weren't so huge, I'd send you some of them. It's not easy to move a 3 Gb file over the 'Net.

Well, I don't. But your modesty is a good thing, it'll make you put 100% into what you do and never get complacent. The great ones never do.
Harrison, this is an 87 year old railfan that wishes he had had the equipment and support you have when I was your age. You don't have the passenger trains that I had. Day trips from Cincinnati to Toledo via NYC & return via B&O. And many more. You are producing wonderful memories for yourself and footage for all railfans. I found film expensive and did not record much of my travels. I have taken all but three Amtrak routes. Some discontinued. Via rail from Halifax (both CP & CN routes) to Montreal, and west to Vancouver. I hope you get to travel over the entire US and look forward to everything you publish. Keep on but don't skimp on your education. You are blessed to have great parents helping you.

Thank you for the kind words. It is a trade-off, having so much information and much better equipment, but significantly less "character" and interesting things to shoot. I have several videos in the works that feature some of the few railroads left with character and charm.

Hey, as Adam Kuczynski says in his article on the R&N's Scranton Local in this months "Railpace" as long as there's shortlines and regionals operating there's still variety. The downside of course is you have to go farther afield to find them. At any rate there's a lot more of them in the Northeast than there is around here.
I saw your shots in this months "Railpace" Harrison! Good work!
