More information.  Collision actually just east of the southern most E - W runway.  A last time there it is a non signaled section of track from the Tri Rail station to the interchange tracks with FEC.  Of course it might have signals now.  The linked news says Tri Tail involved.  As far as I know Tri Rail has not purshased this portion yet.
