It's the 'usually' that's the problem. This keeps happening over and over again.
It's also interesting that the mods let this thread exist if they are monitoring the posts.
Likely you pissed them off at some point so your posts are scrutinized.

The opinions expressed here represent my own and not those of my employer, any other railroad, company, or person.
It's a Moderator setting on Forum software for a Moderator to review posts before they are published to the public. Usually you get on the Moderated list by violating the Terms of Service of the Forums. Sometimes Moderators forget to remove you from the moderation list just like sometimes they forget to unsuspend people. If you feel that is the case you should send a reminder or call customer service. Usually there are Moderator notes on your account on what you did to deserve the special treatment and when it should expire that can be read with the proper access.
Anyways, thats how it worked on a website I used to Moderate for a long time ago.
Moderating was kind of fun, you can figure out sometimes who is posing as someone they are not, who is lying about something because of the special access you have to restricted info. You have all sorts of informants (people that snitch on others) and people that try to brown nose. I used to moderate a military forum and my personal favorite was the Special Forces folks during the GWOT. Their location is supposed to be secret to the rest of the world and they would use Sat Phones sometimes to connect to the Internet (against the regs but they would ignore them because they were bored) which would of course pinpoint them on Google maps via TCP/IP address......too funny. I would private message them and say "I can see you"....lol. They were always really polite about it and had the Army sense of humor I miss sometimes.
Hopefully the Pentagon has fixed that issue by now with Sat Phones. A lot of this stuff you have to keep to yourself as moderator though and sometimes that sucks........especially when you know someone is lying to you but because someone else told you in confidence or you found out via their registration info or TCP/IP address........can't make it public info.........or the Company will take action against you for a Privacy violation. So thats a part of moderating that sucks.

There isn't any....lol. You walk right in to an ordering counter where you can order past issues or other Kalmbach magazines and behind the counter are the grey office cubes where the Trains folks work. I think they take turns manning the counter.
At least that was the setup they used to have.
