2nd BNSF derailment

Anyone know if these 2 derailments were on new rail or the original track ?  Could it be that the extreme temperature variations are causing track problems  ?  Maybe the surfacing and tamping has not had enough train tonnage and time to settle the track ?  Temps might be affecting older tracks ?
