Appears to be the same old BBD Bilevel with a new nose.

I suspect the new nose has crash energy management characteristics similar to METROLINKS new cars.

Well, yes; the BiLevel design passed from Hawker Siddeley to UTDC to Bombardier when H-S's rail division was swallowed by UTDC, which BBD then purchased. GO must have purchased the design for parts compatability, as all other recent orders have been for the MultiLevel, including AMT's, which also owns BiLevels.

That would be the same old Hawker Siddeley bilevel (minus the rivets and new nose).

Anyone seen the new GO (Government of Ontario) bi-level cab cars, I saw a glimpse on TV, the interiors are superb and the front cab view is very different, Bombardier built them in Thunder Bay.

anyone got some recent photos???
