Apparently was unloading track at Minneapolis Junction just across the Mississippi River from Downtown and a passing train struck the load. The load swung over and killed the employee. Excerpt from CBS Minnesota

The company identified the employee Tuesday as 29-year-old Tyrell Anderson.

BNSF Railway officials said Anderson was a trackman on a traveling construction gang from Nebraska. He had more than eight years of service with BNSF and is survived by his parents and a son.
