Some time ago I seem to remember reading a short piece in "Trains" about a mural of hispanic history that was painted on the entire side of a tank car by a graffiti artist. If I remember correctly the artwork was so distinctive that the car owner (GATX, I think) decided to take steps to preserve it. Can anyone provide details about this, or just correct my misunderstanding of the matter? I do recall the piece included a picture of the tank car and the stunning quality of the artwork. Any help verifying and tracking down this story would be appreciated.
