I understand that the P11 crew just finished up last week installing concrete ties on the Boone Sub. Starting on monday the UP will do heavy work on this Blair line. I see new rail that needs to be installed and UP is installing concrete switches at kennard plus new main line signals too. Does anyone know what kind of other work is scheduled at this time. The UP is still detouring trains over the CNIC railroad. Thanks.
