out of the current crop of railroads, who's your favorite(s) and why. <br />mine's the KCS, they are my hometown railroad, my grandpa and uncle worked for 'em, and I like that they are a (fairly)small, scrappy independant that occaisionaly makes a little noise, (like their part ownership of TFM). I have a lot of fond memories as a kid watching their trains, and I still like to watch 'em when I get back home.
