But how much luck a small fry such as DME would have employing that in their favor remains a question.</p><p> </p><p>UP/BNSF would likely just onchestrate some rate stucture that abused DME even worse. Under some high sounding description such as "discounted innerchange rate structure for volume partners" that would in essence translate to "DME, you are screwed" or similar . Yes I am cynical<br /> </p><p> </p><br />
