Wall Street has been saying that CSX had too many people and was wasting too much money for the last couple of years. <br /> <br />CSX is also suffereing from the price cutting they did to capture a lot of the intermodal and other business from NS in the CR split. That low revenue doesn't justify a high head count. Also, I am hearing that they are again short crews on the Water Level Route and some priority trains have dies and sat for several hours awaiting crews. Obviously with UPS biz going to NS more could be in the offing... <br /> <br />LC
