[/quote] Sometimes I wonder just where and how you end up with your particular POV on these issues.  Correcting injustice is not *getting back* at someone.  And the *wrong* such as it is was committed by the regulators in allowing the creation of this subsidized duopoly known as UP and BNSF. Why is it *wrong* to right a wrong?
