Another rail related dumb lawsuit.....some drunk guy in Chicago urinated on the "third rail".....his parents sued the CTA....arguing they should have put up warning signs (like a DRUNK would pay any attention!)...and they won, 1.5 million dollars! <br /> <br />It's STUPID! <br /> <br />~Ra'akone
