Web Cams
Posted by GarethJ on Wednesday, November 26, 2003 8:53 PM
Hello

There used to be a Web Cam on the TRAINS site at Fort Madison which was great fun to use but has gone off line. Does anyone know what has happened to it or is there another way to find it.

This is my first time on the forum so greetings from UK

http://www.livetrains.com/snav/4/page.htm

Or, when in doubt, so a search on "railcams". There are dozens out there.

A good website for lots of train cams is www.railroaddata.com. The link for traincams is at the bottom of the page on the right column. Hope this helps!

I agree, Joe, Fostoria would be great especially since I could both listen and watch! [:D] I'd love to see a busy yard webcam, like CP's Bensenville or UP's Bailey Yard. I know some find yards boring, but it would mean plenty of movement to watch and it would be different than most the others around. Just a thought.
