five ges one sd40-2 and a cefx buissness car between the first 2 engines
and a northbound csx turned on the wye to go eastbound
and met a father and son from New Jersey[:)]

Monday I saw 3 Gp-40son the same manifest train:
A regular UP, a UPY in SP paint and a UPY in DRGW paint. Pictures to be posted on my new website soon.

On Monday I saw an engine (GP9?) with all the doors along the side opened up so that I could see the "guts." It was the one at the top right of this web page (no. 663): http://cqpa.steelvalleywebdesign.com/gp9.htm I thought it was pretty neat to see and I went back by it a second time after my 2 year old woke up. He said "Oh! A engine! Wow!" [:D]

Also this week, I saw some old hopper cars that still said "Penn Central" on them. They were a truly foul sea green color. [xx(]

Saw the san Diegan coming through Fullerton with 3 Funits[:p]...Oh,wait,that was in 1972! At least I see plenty of units in Santa Fe blue&yellow.[:)]

I did NOT see the MRRer boxcar because I did NOT go trainwatching, so I did NOT get any photos!!!

After spending 3 hrs and not seeing a thing I stoped by the NS Binghanton NY yard FRI (1/2/04) when I had about 20 min to kill. It made up for the last time
I saw 41T with CN power recrewing, a NS/CP intermodel with 2 NS units waiting to cross over and go north on the CP, the local was working the yard and when it moved west I say a BNSF/NS pair of locos on yard 1. About 15 photos later Ieft for my doctors appointment with a big grin.

Saw a great consist coming out the west end of CP's Muskego Yard in Milwaukee -- CP 6025 (SD40-2 -- Pacman, snoot), UP 4968 (SD70M -- wings, flag, "Building America"), CP 5930 (SD40-2 -- Action red), SOO 6007 and SOO 6014 (SD60s -- red and white).
