And it is of a nature that has a significant impact upon the peoples lives who have that rusting hulk imposing on their skyline.<br> <br> If no body ever repainted bridges, that would be one thing. But here we have an entity that stands out in that regard, from outward appearances they are doing so for profit motive, and I think they need to be a little more sensitive to the impact they are having.<br> <br> <br> Paragraph 2...yes somewhat.
