CSX's F units

Yes, CSX got 2 of Conrail's 3 "Executive" E Units. and NS got 1. The 2 that went to CSX went directly to Huntingdon for evaluation and were sold without ever operating on CSX. CSX decided to pick up a pair of F40's from Amtrak instead of using the E units. They were sold to the owner of Juanita Terminal RR in the Philly, Pa area. NS's lone unit also followed them there. Again, as with CSX, NS never operated the unit, they did re-number it though (100). Two of these are now in PRR paint and pull excursion trains in the East. The 3rd is still in it's CR paint.
