37 years on the RR as an Engr., and I have yet to see the truth come out, when the public is involved, as far as responsibility goes, for a derailment from the carrier. There is a whole lot more at play here then the public, or the NTSB, will EVER know. His whole life is in the toilet, by the way. I KNOW !! <br />
