The WA facility works the same way (in reverse) . Shippers bring their product TO the train for a discount or we pick it up by truck as part of their cost. The WA train is on a loop, so it's never broken up; we simply fill 19 cars at a time, pull fwd, load another 19 etc until done. Then the UP hooks motive power to it and off she goes.<br>B<br>
